Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
By using CHub you agree to these terms. They describe the product as it works today.
What CHub is
CHub is a readiness and preparation tool. It helps you organize information and see which programs may be worth exploring. CHub is not the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Florida Department of Transportation, Miami-Dade County or any other certifying agency, and it has no official relationship with them. CHub does not make certification decisions.
No guarantee
Information in CHub is not a guarantee or prediction of eligibility, certification or contract award. Programs and rules change, and the official agency source always controls. CHub is not legal, accounting or tax advice, and no attorney-client or accountant-client relationship is created.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your official applications and for the accuracy of what you submit to any agency.
- You keep and manage your own source documents. In the current launch CHub does not accept or store them.
- Provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in link to yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse CHub: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, no interference with the service, and no submitting information you are not entitled to share.
The Free service
CHub is currently free to use. The service may change, and features may be added, changed or removed. We aim for reasonable availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.
