Privacy

What CHub collects

• Account information. Your email address, used to create your account and send your sign-in link.
• Information you enter. Your assessment and application answers, such as business details, contact and address information, industry, ownership-related answers, and the markets or programs you choose to explore. Enter only what you are comfortable providing.
• Plan status. Your account is on CHub's Free plan. No payment information is collected.
• Technical data. Standard information needed to run a website, such as your IP address, browser type and error logs, which our infrastructure providers may record.

Documents

In the current launch, CHub does not ask you to upload certification documents and does not store them. Keep your source documents in your own secure storage. CHub has not seen or verified your documents.

How we use information

We use your information to sign you in, save your profile, show the programs you may want to explore, and show your SBA 8(a) readiness view. CHub does not decide eligibility or certification. The current product does not include advertising or analytics tools.

Sign-in and your device

CHub signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email. It uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Some of your answers are also kept in your browser for convenience and cleared when you sign out.

Service providers

CHub relies on third-party infrastructure, such as hosting, a database and email delivery, which may process information as necessary to operate the service.

Retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active, or as needed to run and protect the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. To ask about your data, including deletion of your account, contact us below.
